A bike, a book, and a tree
This week has been a busy one: learning to ride a bike (a gift from our neighbor), reading his first book (titled: Cat Sat), taking an evening walk (throwing sticks in the water) and removal of our fallen tree (eating a popsicle while watching the "tree guy" remove the stump). Fun time! Here are a few photos of our week.

Birthday Storm
Brock's birthday was this week...and we celebrated with Brandon the night before (Brandon cooked an amazing steak dinner for us). Here's a photo of the boys relaxing on the deck after dinner.
Then, we had straight line winds blow in overnight and topple the beautiful tree in our front yard. So sad!
After Brock got off work, our favorite neighbor came over with 2 relatives and they worked with Brock to chop up the tree & haul it to the curb. Not a fun way to spend Brock's birthday, but we are very thankful to have amazing & helpful neighbors!

This past weekend one of our great neighbors delivered a special present to Braxton - a motorized Jeep which her nephew has outgrown. Braxton LOVES it (and it's hard to get a photo of him in it because he can zoom)!

Trip to South Dakota
We had SUCH a great time in South Dakota with Brock's siblings! Braxton really had fun playing with his cousins, swimming, and he LOVED riding the scooter! Here are some of the best photos!

Thank You Grandma Debbie!
We are so thankful for Grandma Debbie, who came to stay with Braxton and Brock for 4 days while I was on a work trip to Michigan. Braxton had so much fun with Grandma!
Avery & Isla Visit
We had Avery & Isla come over for a visit this month. Braxton loved playing with them!
