Coptic Egyptian Festival

This weekend Braxton and I went to the Coptic Egyptian Festival with my friends Mariam & Kathy from work.  While at the event, we dressed up in royal Egyptian costumes for some fun photos.  

Water & Toast

This summer we have spent many hours at the Splash Park near our house.  Also - Braxton has mastered the art of making his own toast.  He's so proud (but looks pretty sleepy in this 6am photo).

Baby News

Brock and I are due to have a baby in mid-December.  

We learned today that it's a boy!  

Summer Parade

This weekend Braxton and I visited Grandma Debbie & went with her to the Quarry Days Parade!

 

Teacher Comments

Braxton goes to daycare ("school") two days a week.  Each day, the teacher sends home a note reporting on how the day went.  Here are some of the recent comments:

"Today Braxton came running up to Ms. Sarah, froze in place, looked at her painted toenails, and said 'ohhh, your toes look sooo beeeutiful!"

"Braxton's favorite activity today was playing with the parachute while singing songs.  He LOVED it!"

"Braxton was very excited today to tell Ms. Sarah that he was wearing his FAST shoes today!"

"Braxton has a great sense of rhythm!  He copied the drum pattern perfectly!"

Church Game Day

This weekend we met Cash & his mom for Game Day at a local church.  Bounce houses, games, snow cones - the boys loved it!
