Talking and Talking

Braxton is talking a lot these days - and he will talk to nearly anyone!  Some of what he says even makes sense.  Today he said to me, "Let me tell you a question.  What car do you want?  I like Dodge Charger.  Do you like Dodge Charger?  Do you like Choo Choo Trains?  Do you like excavators?..." 

This morning at the park, a man was walking a dog on a leash.  Braxton stood about 5 feet from the dog and said, "Hi dog!  I'm Braxton!  Do you want to play?"   A few minutes later he was talking gibberish and then he'd randomly throw in the phrase, "do you know what I mean?"  It made me laugh.  Here's a video that shows his "do you know what I mean?" in action.

 

 

We took juice boxes to the park to beat the heat & happened upon the Lakeville traveling free puppet show at the park this morning.  Brax was bored with the puppets but loved it when the puppets led us in dancing the "Hokey Pokey".
